What you'll do

• Coordinate daily crew activities, assignments, equipment, and materials
• enforce job-site safety protocols
• train and mentor crew members on installation and safe material handling
• manage personnel, materials, tools, and equipment
• communicate progress, material needs, and site issues
• oversee loading and unloading
• address minor crew conflicts
• serve as a primary client contact
• manage project and end-of-day paperwork, material usage, labor allocation, and payment documentation.
