• Greet clients and visitors

• process incoming referrals and schedule intakes
• confirm demographic and insurance information
• schedule new and existing clients and maintain provider calendars
• provide appointment paperwork
• complete check-in and collect copays or balances
• assist billing with billing and insurance questions
• verify insurance eligibility
• inform management of significant issues affecting client satisfaction, service timeliness, reimbursement, or access
• participate in meetings.
