What you'll do

• own preparation and compilation standards, workpaper quality, reporting language, independence decisions, and disclosures
• approve scope, estimates, and pricing for specified engagements
• manage realization, margins, pricing, billing, client acceptance, and continuance
• build relationships with business owners and external advisors
• lead and develop managers and teams
• oversee staffing, capacity, evaluations, compensation recommendations, and retention
• coach managers and participate in recruiting
• generate business development through service expansion, referrals, cross-selling, proposals, and industry involvement.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 8–12 years of accounting experience, and at least three years leading a team. Active CPA license and/or MBA is strongly preferred. Occasional travel and additional hours during time-sensitive client periods may be required.
