What you'll do

• Provide onsite, telephone, and remote first-level employee support
• document, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve help desk tickets
• support Windows 11 devices and Microsoft 365 applications
• provision and deploy computers and mobile devices
• support Microsoft Intune and Entra ID
• maintain technology asset records
• assist with Axis applications and devices
• and document troubleshooting steps and solutions.
