Accuformer Operator — Night Shift

The Accuformer Operator role is onsite in West Bend, WI, on a 10-hour night shift from 8:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday through Wednesday. Compensation is not specified. The operator joins Serigraph’s Finishing team, supporting its printing, decorating, and graphic solutions business. The role sets up and operates forming and finishing equipment to meet production and quality goals. Through equipment adjustments, product inspections, accurate production records, and safe work practices, the operator helps ensure finished products meet required standards and schedules.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate Accuformer presses and related finishing equipment, including die cutters, thermal laminators, and toggle presses
• adjust registration, heat, and pressure
• load and unload materials and remove dies as required
• inspect products during production
• complete labor reporting, quality documentation, job tickets, and production records
• perform routine preventive maintenance and equipment checks
• communicate production status during shift transitions
• report quality concerns and stop production when necessary
• follow safety, housekeeping, environmental, and quality procedures
• contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
