Building Automation Controls Estimator (BAS/DDC)

What you'll do

• Review plans, specifications, controls drawings, and bid documents
• prepare estimates, bid packages, proposals, pricing, alternates, and scope narratives
• perform material takeoffs and estimate labor and material costs
• conduct occasional site visits
• communicate with customers
• maintain CRM records
• evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotes
• support project turnover and account development.
