What you'll do

• Assess walk-in clients and phone callers and recommend appropriate referrals
• conduct intake interviews and assessments
• coordinate admissions and complete admission paperwork
• assess patient needs and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans
• provide direct care, medication oversight, patient and family teaching, crisis intervention, and accurate documentation
• collaborate with clinicians, physicians, and behavioral health staff
• and help maintain a safe environment.

Why this role

Requires a valid Texas RN license and an RN, ADN, or BSN from an accredited college or university; at least two years of clinical experience is required. CPR must be obtained within 30 days of hire, and approved CPR and assaultive-behavior training must be completed before assuming patient-care responsibility.
