The Site Leader — Automotive Quality Control / Inspection role is onsite in Duncan, SC. Pay is $18.15 per hour for A Shift or $19.25 per hour for B Shift. A Shift runs Monday–Saturday, 6:30 AM–6:30 PM; B Shift runs Sunday–Friday, 6:15 PM–6:15 AM. The role supports quality services and assigned missions at the site. The site leader guides personnel, coordinates inspection missions, and ensures customer and company standards are followed. The work contributes to quality assurance through inspection, audits, nonconforming-material control, and effective site operations.

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain customer and site relationships
• communicate with stakeholders
• set up, staff, and supervise missions
• train and validate inspectors
• coordinate mission changes
• isolate, tag, and verify nonconforming material
• audit work effectiveness
• perform visual, mechanical, and functional verifications
• work as an inspector when required
• support safety compliance
• manage communications, time records, reports, audits, and work instructions.
