What you'll do

• Support sales goals by analyzing sales reports with the store manager, coaching sales staff, and leading on the selling floor.
• Help identify marketing opportunities and develop events to grow the customer base.
• Lead customer service, resolve client concerns, and support special events.
• Assist with store operations, cash controls, inventory, deliveries, loss prevention, merchandising, training, associate feedback, and payroll integrity.
