What you'll do

• Support conference-room operations
• manage hardware lifecycle tasks and inventory
• provide Zoom and Teams subject-matter support and license monitoring
• research and evaluate technology and processes
• provide follow-up training
• facilitate conference-room support
• perform in-scope onsite maintenance
• maintain checklists and weekly reports
• prepare for vendor meetings
• troubleshoot escalated issues
• support device imaging, deployment, updates, and basic repairs
• maintain IT asset tracking
• create and maintain IT workflow procedures.
