What you'll do

• Lead service, installation, startup, and customer service teams
• manage the department budget
• partner with Engineering on reliability, maintenance, and design issues
• coordinate equipment readiness with Manufacturing
• oversee staffing and workforce planning
• coach and develop staff
• manage resources, schedules, and milestones
• oversee feasibility reviews, specifications, cost analysis, and design reviews
• review warranty claims
• standardize documentation
• develop customer training
• maintain vendor relationships
• monitor productivity and performance
• cross-train personnel.
