What you'll do

• Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
• prepare, review, and certify plats, legal descriptions, and ALTA/NSPS surveys
• analyze survey data, title reports, plans, and legal documents
• ensure field data and deliverables are accurate
• sign and seal documents as required
• coordinate with engineering, permitting, and inspection teams
• communicate with clients and agencies
• mentor field crews and technicians
• review field notes and calculations
• support project timelines and budgets. Local and regional travel within South Carolina is needed.
