What you'll do

• Conduct initial referrals and monthly in-person meetings with children
• review case records and develop and update individualized recruitment plans
• search for and contact people connected to each child and potential adoptive families
• assess adoption readiness
• prepare children and families for adoption
• maintain case documentation
• prepare court reports and testify when necessary
• attend relevant meetings and training. Travel may be up to 95% of the work week
• services may occur after normal working hours and on weekends.
