What you'll do

• Provide overnight supervision, care, and support to youth
• lead residential operations and support direct-care staff
• maintain routines and safety
• support treatment plans, programming, academics, and life skills
• complete shift, incident, medication, intake, and discharge documentation
• respond to behavioral crises using trained interventions
• conduct safety checks
• and follow confidentiality and reporting requirements. The role includes on-call, campus, and shift coverage.
