The Club Lounge Cook role is onsite at United Lounges ORD in Chicago, IL. The schedule is 40 hours per week with flexibility required; days and hours may vary, including weekends and holidays. What you'll do

• Prepare food to standardized recipes and service schedules
• portion and serve meals at appropriate temperatures
• maintain kitchen, refrigerators, and storerooms
• operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, records, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs or accidents
• follow food-handling and HACCP standards
• and maintain safe, clean work practices. Previous production kitchen experience of one to three years is required
• a sanitation certificate is preferred.
