What you'll do

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, dry rooms, electrical utilities, exhaust and abatement, compressed air, vacuum, and life-safety systems
• plan and track preventive and corrective maintenance
• monitor facility performance and address issues
• manage contractors and service providers
• support safety and environmental compliance
• coordinate utilities for equipment installation and manufacturing operations
• maintain procedures, training, and facility-status documentation.
