The Foreman, Commercial Waterproofing role is onsite in Tampa, FL, with pay of $26–$29 per hour. The role leads commercial painting and waterproofing crews on project sites. What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate crew members on commercial painting and waterproofing projects
• ensure work meets company and manufacturer specifications
• enforce PPE and OSHA safety requirements
• communicate with project managers, superintendents, and clients
• interpret plans, scopes, and safety documents
• track daily progress, hours, and material use
• ensure tools and materials are ready
• assist with painting and waterproofing application
• conduct quality checks and correct deficiencies
• lead jobsite safety meetings
• attend weekly subcontractor coordination meetings
• complete reports, timesheets, and updates using digital tools.
