The work helps people build self-management, coping, advocacy, and community-support skills, including support with crisis planning and community re-entry after hospitalization.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized peer support and recovery-focused activities
• help individuals develop self-help, advocacy, coping, and self-management skills
• support personal crisis planning and use of Wellness Recovery Action Plans
• assist with health-care appointments and advocacy when requested
• support community re-entry following hospitalization
• maintain program compliance and accurate data
• complete required agency and evidence-based training.
