What you'll do
- Monitor rejected and denied claims, identify root causes, and work to resolve and prevent errors
- maintain timely documentation of patient account interactions
- field questions from coworkers and staff
- develop and maintain workflows and training for billing vendors
- review insurance benefits and relevant documentation
- analyze claim data and determine next steps in the claim filing process.

Why this role
