What you'll do

• Lead executive and senior leadership searches
• build market maps across relevant industries
• source and approach active and passive candidates
• conduct outbound outreach through calls, referrals, events, industry relationships, LinkedIn, and email
• represent Sanctuary to candidates
• assess candidates
• partner with the CEO and leadership team through interviews, decisions, offers, and negotiation
• manage candidates through onboarding
• build an executive network across Austin and Texas.
