What you'll do

• Prepare estimates in compliance with contract documents
• analyze risk and review plans, specifications, and scope
• mentor and supervise project engineers and assistant estimators
• coordinate requests for proposals, quantity takeoffs, and subcontractor and vendor quote reviews
• manage project meetings, safety, quality, schedule, productivity, job costs, forecasts, pay applications, change orders, RFIs, and closeout documents
• support project teams and resolve issues.
