Roving Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Roving Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Riverside, California. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The technician troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains property systems and units to support residents’ living experience. The role responds to service requests, conducts inspections, prepares vacant units, follows safety protocols, and works with property management and other team members to support property operations.

What you'll do

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• respond to maintenance service requests and prioritize work orders
• inspect properties and address issues
• follow safety protocols and health and safety regulations
• assist with turnover repairs and vacant-unit preparation
• coordinate with property management and team members
• be available for on-call resident emergency maintenance issues.
