What you'll do

• Own district results, including profit, customer and budget measures, rent collection, cost of goods, and payroll
• review store performance and set corrective actions
• report metrics and plans
• develop district and store goals
• visit stores and review operations, compliance, inventory, merchandising, and cash controls
• coach and evaluate store managers
• oversee staffing, training, and development
• maintain customer-service and company standards.
