What you'll do

• Load validated cycle parameters into injection-molding machines
• align automated and robotic systems
• inspect products
• troubleshoot and escalate process issues
• respond to alarms and start or stop machines
• retrieve quality documentation
• perform line clearances and mold cleaning
• set molds and complete material changes and traceability records
• perform Level 1 total productive maintenance
• complete checklists
• lock out unsafe equipment
• support lean and process-improvement initiatives.
