What you'll do

• Assist with client admission and orientation
• maintain a safe and supportive environment
• observe and document behavioral and emotional patterns
• use motivational interviewing and active listening
• de-escalate when necessary
• support treatment plan goals and assigned assessments
• communicate with the multidisciplinary team
• provide emotional and behavioral support
• respond to crises and emergencies under established protocols
• document incidents and group notes
• support schedules, activities, screenings, charting, and client transportation when required.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of customer service or patient/client-facing experience, CPR certification, and a valid insurable driver's license. Certified Peer Support Worker credential required within one year. If in recovery and actively working a recovery program, 24 months in recovery is required.
