What you'll do

• Perform patient intake and nursing assessments
• verify surgical documentation and prepare patients
• initiate IV access and administer ordered medications and fluids
• serve as circulating nurse and support operating-room safety
• assess and monitor patients in PACU
• provide pain management and discharge education
• maintain supplies and equipment
• complete documentation
• and participate in quality improvement and risk management.
