What you'll do

• Prepare breakfast orders and required food items according to recipes and make sheets
• set up and maintain service and prep stations
• follow portion and presentation standards
• notify the Kitchen Manager of expected shortages
• maintain clean and sanitary work areas and equipment
• requisition ingredients
• follow health and safety regulations
• maintain required logs
• store reusable leftovers properly.
