The RCIS Crop Claims Field Adjuster I/II/Specialist is an onsite role based in Montana and Wyoming, operating from a home-based office. , though the role supports the Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS) team in protecting America’s farmers and ranchers. This role exists to perform field inspections, measure fields and storage bins, and discuss crop loss findings with farmers. The adjuster conveys complex regulations to claimants and agents, conducts fact-finding regarding crop damage, and ensures legal compliance with regulatory and company policies.

What you'll do

• Complete field inspections, read maps and aerial photos, measure fields and storage bins, discuss crop loss findings, convey complex regulations, perform fact-finding regarding crop damage, record and transmit loss information, complete claim reviews and audits, ensure legal compliance.
