What you'll do

• Analyze systems and diagnose issues
• translate user discussions into business requirements
• recommend solutions based on business and technology knowledge
• partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes and simplify complex procedures
• support project planning and lead project activities
• monitor technical and business support staff and guide less experienced staff
• coordinate requirements gathering, testing, milestone tracking, documentation, and follow-up
• identify continuous-improvement opportunities, including automation
• help develop process flows, communications, training materials, and rollout plans
• provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to Technology Leads
• manage performance, feedback, reviews, and development opportunities.
