The Pilates Instructor — Private Lessons & Group Classes role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $32–$43 per hour. The instructor teaches contemporary reformer-based Pilates at a Club Pilates studio, supporting clients’ movement, health, and fitness. The instructor leads safe, engaging sessions for clients of different levels, in private, semi-private, and group formats as needed. The role also supports a clean, motivating studio environment and helps clients use Pilates apparatus safely and effectively.

What you'll do

• Lead group reformer classes in alignment with the Club Pilates method
• teach private, semi-private, and group classes for up to 12 clients as needed
• use Pilates apparatus including reformers, EXO chairs, Springboards, TRX, and Jump Boards
• check equipment before, during, and after class
• maintain a clean and motivational environment
• communicate professionally with clients.
