CDL Class B Septic Service Technician / Driver

The CDL Class B Septic Service Technician / Driver role is onsite in East Falmouth, MA, with hourly pay of $30–$40 depending on experience. The position serves residential and commercial customers across Falmouth and the Upper Cape for Falmouth Cesspool & Septic, which has served the area for more than 35 years. The technician operates a vacuum or pump truck on local routes, pumps and inspects septic systems, and documents service work and disposal. The role helps customers maintain septic systems while ensuring safe, compliant handling and disposal of septage.

What you'll do

• Operate a vacuum/pump truck on local routes
• pump septic tanks, cesspools, grease traps, and holding tanks
• locate and uncover tanks and covers
• perform basic inspections and report system issues
• haul and dispose of septage at approved facilities in compliance with applicable requirements
• use ServiceCore to manage routes, job status, photos, notes, service tickets, pumping records, and disposal manifests
• inspect and maintain truck and equipment
• provide professional customer service
• participate in emergency on-call rotations.
