What you'll do

• Lead and sustain lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• facilitate Kaizen events and cross-functional problem solving
• develop standard work and visual management tools
• coordinate projects and report progress
• analyze plant performance data and KPIs
• support equipment installations and layout changes
• train and coach employees
• support product holds, disposition, corrective actions, root-cause investigations, and complaint resolution.
