What you'll do
- Provide services and activities based on the person's plan
- support independent living, home management, cooking, cleaning, socialization, and other identified skills
- complete activity logs and required documents
- report incidents and changes
- remind the consumer about medication or refills when necessary
- complete required training and maintain personnel documentation.
