What you'll do

• Oversee the general ledger, month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements
• manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and deposits
• prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
• lead annual budgeting and forecasting with department managers and executives
• maintain internal controls, policies, procedures, and documentation
• coordinate tax filings, audits, and insurance requests with external advisors
• supervise and develop accounting staff.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least eight years of professional accounting experience, including 3–5 years leading, mentoring, and developing teams. CPA or another relevant certification is preferred.
