What you'll do

• Represent the credit union courteously in person, by mail, and by telephone
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and mail transactions
• balance cash and checks
• respond to member correspondence
• follow products, services, policies, procedures, and training requirements
• identify cross-selling opportunities and make referrals
• process share withdrawal requests
• adhere to security, CTR, SAR, and negotiable-item procedures and refer questionable transactions to a supervisor. Requires at least 12 months of financial institution or cash-handling experience and a high school diploma or GED. Hours are Monday–Saturday based on business needs
• travel may be required and is reimbursed.
