What you'll do

• Oversee daily mitigation operations
• inspect water, fire, or mold damage and determine mitigation steps
• prepare scopes, estimates, and job plans
• lead and support technicians
• communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
• manage timelines, budgets, and quality
• follow safety protocols and industry regulations
• oversee equipment setup, moisture readings, photos, and job verification
• review job documentation
• monitor KPIs
• assist with inventory and resource allocation
• participate in on-call rotations for emergency loss response.
