What you'll do

• Provide guest service, process purchases and returns, promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs, and support sales initiatives. Train and provide feedback to associates
• assist with scheduling, payroll, onboarding, and compliance training. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising, fulfill and ship omnichannel orders, manage inventory and loss prevention, reconcile transactions, and supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
