Foreman – Auger Foundations & Heavy Civil Construction

What you'll do

• Oversee field operations for safe, on-schedule work that meets project specifications
• manage auger foundation work, including drilled shafts and auger-cast piles
• coordinate field personnel, equipment operators, and suppliers
• assess labor and equipment needs and communicate them to the Project Manager
• recommend construction methods, sequencing, and equipment
• monitor production, quality, and compliance
• enforce safety policies and OSHA regulations
• maintain daily project reports
• resolve field issues.
