What you'll do

• Operate terminal tractors to move trailers, chassis, containers, and cargo equipment
• position equipment at docks, staging areas, warehouses, and work zones
• inspect equipment before shifts and report concerns
• couple and uncouple trailers safely
• coordinate with operations, warehouse personnel, dispatchers, vessel teams, and drivers
• follow safety procedures and terminal rules
• maintain yard organization
• complete operational documentation and reports.
