What you'll do

• Provide diet instruction and counseling

• participate in Nutrition at Risk meetings
• support menu development and substitutions
• follow assessment, care-plan, and charting requirements
• plan meals and update systems
• monitor sanitation and food storage practices
• analyze patient data to determine needs and goals.
