The Clinical Pharmacist role is onsite in Panama City, FL, with pay of $58–$73 per hour. The position serves a 238-bed acute care hospital with specialized pediatric, stroke, cardiac, and other services. The pharmacist provides clinical and pharmacy services while supervising pharmacy technical staff. The role verifies and dispenses medications, monitors drug therapy, supports clinical consultations and medication management, and documents interventions to promote safe and appropriate medication use.

What you'll do

• Interpret, verify, and transcribe medication orders
• compound and dispense pharmaceuticals
• monitor drug regimens for contraindications, interactions, allergies, and dosing
• support drug consultations, pharmacokinetic monitoring, anticoagulant management, nutrition support, IV-to-PO conversions, and renal dosing
• document interventions and report medication errors and adverse drug reactions
• supervise pharmacy technical staff.
