The role contributes to client counseling and representation on complex cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, privacy, and technology issues.

What you'll do

• Advise clients on cybersecurity incidents, crisis management, and regulatory response
• represent companies in cybersecurity, privacy, and AI-related investigations
• counsel on privacy and cybersecurity compliance and best practices
• provide cybersecurity guidance for technology and corporate transactions
• advise cybersecurity companies on security research and threat intelligence issues
• and help clients navigate cybersecurity, AI, and privacy regulations.
