What you'll do

• Handle labor and employment matters for employer clients
• defend EEOC claims and employment litigation
• advise on workplace issues, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, unfair labor practice claims, labor relations, and employment-related immigration matters
• research law and prepare legal documents
• communicate with clients and collaborate with legal colleagues.
