What you'll do

• Collaborate with facility leadership on daily nursing operations and regulatory compliance
• provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff
• manage staffing levels while controlling overtime
• promote compassionate, resident-centered care
• participate in quality assurance and performance improvement
• support nursing staff recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
