Senior Corporate Counsel

The Senior Corporate Counsel role is onsite in McLean, VA. Compensation is $175,000–$240,000 per year. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Anterix Inc. The position provides strategic and practical legal guidance across technology, commercial contracts, compliance, policy, intellectual property, and marketing. It supports business growth while helping the company meet public-company obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.

What you'll do

• Advise on technology, product development, IT, SaaS, cloud, privacy, cybersecurity, AI, and digital transformation matters
• lead counsel for technology, product development, IT, and marketing teams
• draft and negotiate technology and commercial agreements
• develop contract templates and processes
• manage the compliance program and policies
• oversee intellectual property matters
• review marketing and public communications
• manage outside counsel.
