Job overview
The Human Resources Generalist role is onsite in Spokane, WA, with compensation of $70,000–$87,036 per year. The role coordinates human resources services, policies, and programs that support an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. It contributes to workforce development and operations through benefits and payroll administration, employee relations, compliance, and improvements to HR processes.
What you'll do
- Advise employees and managers on personnel policies and procedures
- administer benefits and support orientations and open enrollment
- coordinate wellness programs and HR data entry
- coordinate payroll and time records
- analyze pay data and enter pay-grade changes in HRIS
- advise managers on employee work problems and routine discipline
- conduct routine employee-relations investigations
- maintain HR regulatory compliance and reporting
- coordinate company events
- administer workers’ compensation and OSHA 300 Log reporting
- support the Shared Work program
- propose improvements to HR and operational policies and procedures.
