Automotive Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Work directly with customers on sales, service, opportunities, and adjustments
• supervise technicians and service personnel, schedule and assign work, and follow up on completion
• coach teammates and evaluate performance
• manage parts inventory and outside purchases
• ensure store and shop safety, equipment positioning, and compliance with safety procedures
• ensure proper inspections are conducted.
