What you'll do

• Supervise field teams, including hiring, evaluation, and disciplinary actions
• coordinate subcontractors and field personnel
• comply with governmental regulations and company procedures
• identify opportunities for value-added services
• respond to client inquiries and suggest solutions
• enforce health and safety requirements
• ensure DOT/EPA and company paperwork is complete and accurate
• oversee equipment operation and maintenance
• prepare project estimates and proposals and assist with contracts.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in chemistry or a related science discipline, or equivalent work experience; 5–7 years of hazardous-waste experience; valid driver’s license; ability to obtain a Class A or B commercial driver’s license; and 40-hour HAZWOPER training.
