Senior Test Engineer — DevOps and Cloud Systems

The Senior Test Engineer role is an onsite, full-time position in Annapolis Junction, MD, with little to no work from home and a significant portion or all work performed in a SCIF. The stated annual salary range is $180,000–$230,000. GliaCell Technologies provides software and systems engineering and cybersecurity solutions, including support for a U.S. Government customer. The role helps sustain mission-related software and systems by supporting a reliable, highly available platform for a modernized operational system. Responsibilities center on infrastructure automation, system hardening, cloud services, containers, and CI/CD pipelines to support dependable software delivery.

What you'll do

• Develop infrastructure as code and scripts to automate tasks, provision managed services, and build tools
• patch, harden, and maintain RHEL compliance
• install, configure, and tune Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi, and cloud logging and metrics tools
• manage GitLab runner and Argo CD CI/CD pipelines
• manage AWS cloud platforms
• collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
