What you'll do

• Own the private-pay pipeline from source visits and in-home assessments through close and start of care
• place eligible veterans through the VA Homemaker/Home Health Aide program
• build referral relationships with social workers and case managers at children’s hospitals
• manage referral tiers and KPI reporting
• report weekly sales results to the owner
• recruit, train, and manage additional liaisons once consistently at target.
